The Final-Boss Prince Is Somehow Obsessed with the Chubby Villainess: Reincarnated Me showed a new visual focused on its characters' childhood. The image recreates the same composition as the first key art released for the anime, so it works to compare how Celine and the others looked as children with their current designs.
The anime premieres in January 2027. Naoyuki Kuzuya directs at STUDIO LINGS, with Shuusaku Kato as assistant director. Mitsutaka Hirota handles series composition and script, while Fumino Kakihata and Yukiko Sekita are in charge of character designs. Production is by infinite.
Childhood visual of Celine and the other anime characters. The main cast includes Haruka Shiraishi as Celine, Takeo Otsuka as Wilfred, Shunichi Toki as Louis, and Fuka Izumi as Adele. The story adapts the original work by Kaname Hanamiya and Kotoko.
A villainess who wants to live quietly
The premise is pure isekai with reincarnation: a girl dies from illness and wakes up as Celine, the spoiled, obese, unpopular villainess of a novel she knows. If everything follows the script, the prince will kill her in a miserable way. To avoid that, Celine sets out to reform herself and fight with everything she has.
The problem is that her efforts get her into a mess she didn't expect: an unexpected love and obsession. The official synopsis is clear: "the reincarnation fantasy of a chubby villainess loved too much by a yandere begins."
Art showing three anime characters with a decorative background. The original manga is published by Kadokawa Shoten and distributed on several digital platforms. It has already surpassed 70 million downloads worldwide. The English version is handled by Manga Mirai, though there is no news yet about a license for Latin America.
