Idol Manager: Virtual Venture Turns Us into Streamer Managers in 2027
Glitch Pitch and PLAYISM announce the new entry in the management simulation saga, focused on virtual streamer agencies
Image from the original Anitsu edition. The team at Glitch Pitch has announced that in 2027 it will arrive on Steam Idol Manager: Virtual Venture, the new entry in the management simulation saga that this time focuses on the world of virtual streamers. The title will be published by PLAYISM and will launch in Early Access format for Windows and macOS.
On this occasion, the player takes on the role of manager of a streaming agency. The goal is to scout talent through mass auditions or by convincing independent streamers with an already established follower base. Once signed, the talents move into a shared residence, which allows you to closely follow their day-to-day lives.
Management ranges from creating avatars and selecting music and overlays to moderating the chat in real time. You will also need to manage the streamers' social media, deciding which posts receive likes or replies and reporting problematic users.
The game will combine management simulation with visual novel elements and will include a story mode with three different routes and multiple endings, as well as a free mode focused on running the agency. Scandals, gossip, and relationships between streamers will play an important role in the development of the campaign.
According to the official Steam page, the Early Access period will last between 12 and 18 months before the release of the full version. During early access, only the beginning of the story mode will be available, approximately 20% of the total, while the free mode will be fully playable.
