Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive hits PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 3

Netmarble announced this Wednesday that Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 3. The action RPG based on the webtoon by Chugong and DUBU finally makes the jump to consoles after its PC debut.

The game first arrived on Steam and Xbox PC in November 2025, so those who have been waiting since then will finally get their home console version. The adaptation follows the original webtoon story and adds a four-player co-op mode.

That previous title, Solo Leveling: Arise, came out for Android, iOS, and Windows in May 2024. Now Netmarble is also preparing Solo Leveling Karma, a separate game coming to PC and mobile later this year.

The franchise keeps moving

The Solo Leveling anime premiered its first season in Japan in January 2024, with an English dub available from the same month via Crunchyroll. The second season arrived in January 2025, also streaming on the platform.

In December 2024, Solo Leveling -ReAwakening- screened in theaters, a compilation film with the first two episodes of the second season. And the story continues: a new anime film is already on the way, Solo Leveling: Beyond the System, which picks up the plot after that second season.

The original webtoon ran on WEBTOON between March 2018 and December 2021. Yen Press has the print version of the manhwa and the novels in English, while services like Tapas distribute the web novel and webtoon digitally. In Japan, Kadokawa publishes the webtoon as Ore Dake Level-Up na Ken. A Korean live-action adaptation is also in the works.
