comilio celebrates 2 years with manga by Kitada Ryōma and new features
The manga publishing platform renews its interface, debuts a new viewer, and adds dark mode on its second anniversary.
The manga publishing platform comilio turns two this November 2026. To celebrate, the u2tech service published a commemorative manga drawn by Kitada Ryōma and announced a complete interface renewal.
The anniversary manga is now available on the special site comilio 2nd Anniversary. The work can be read from the event page itself.

New viewer and dark mode
The second anniversary also brings important changes to the reading experience. The interface adopts panels with rounded corners and more white space so works stand out over the menus.
The viewer is now called coimimi and allows switching between two-page reading and vertical scrolling. In addition, comilio adds dark mode, which activates with a tap and reduces brightness for reading at night.

A platform to create, read, and support
comilio allows publishing manga for free, paid, or with exclusive access for fan clubs. Anyone can register, read the available works, and support their favorite creators through the club feature.
Automatic translation remains one of its pillars. The platform's goal is for "create, read, and support" to work beyond language and borders. The service maintains its official site and its X account to announce news.
