Bandai launches the first Kagurabachi Ichiban Kuji with figures of Chihiro and Hakuri

The collection celebrates the manga's third anniversary with nine prize tiers and an exclusive figure of Chihiro activating Kuro.

Juan Castillo 24 October 2026

Bandai released the first Ichiban Kuji for Kagurabachi on October 24, the official merchandise lottery celebrating the third anniversary of Takeru Hokazono's manga. The main draw is two MASTERLISE figures of Chihiro Rokuhira and Hakuri Sazanami based on the series' commemorative illustration.

The collection is divided into nine regular prize tiers, plus the exclusive last-ticket figure. Each entry costs 850 yen, about 5 dollars, and guarantees a prize. That's how the Ichiban Kuji format works: you buy a ticket, scratch it, and get whatever the letter says. There's no chance of walking away empty-handed.

Prize A is a 46-centimeter commemorative board with the third-anniversary art, where Chihiro and Hakuri appear fighting side by side. The two main figures come from that same illustration: Chihiro with his dark coat and enchanted sword, at 20 centimeters, and Hakuri in a dynamic pose, at 19.

Nine tiers, from towels to keychains

The full list of regular prizes is long. It includes two 100-centimeter towels with scenes from the manga, two 14-centimeter mesh bags with designs from the series —one recreates the Ukaiyu bathhouse from the extra chapter focused on Genichi Sojo— and twenty A3 transparent posters with manga illustrations. For the posters, the winner picks the design they want.

The smaller prizes are handed out at random: sixteen miniature acrylic keychains of about 6 centimeters with characters from the series, seven 7-centimeter charms inspired by the guardians of the enchanted swords and other locations from the manga, and eleven sets that combine A4 clear files with manga covers and character stickers.

The Last One prize, which goes to the person who buys the last available ticket at each store, is an exclusive 22-centimeter figure of Chihiro activating Kuro, one of the abilities of his sword Enten. The sculpture recreates the attack with a dramatic pose.

Bandai also opened a Double Chance Campaign for this figure: if you enter the lottery, you can sign up for an additional drawing. 30 figures will be distributed this way. The campaign will run until late January 2027, unless prizes run out sooner.

The manga that became a phenomenon

Kagurabachi began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in September 2023. The story follows Chihiro Rokuhira, son of a legendary swordsmith who seeks revenge after his father's murder and the theft of six enchanted swords. Hokazono built a direct action plot that connected quickly with the magazine's audience.

Since then it has become one of Shueisha's strongest new series. The anime adaptation will arrive in April 2027 from studio Cypic, and before the premiere several figures have already come out, like the G.E.M. Series statue of Chihiro that MegaHouse announced in early 2026.
