Toonami brings back One Piece, Gachiakuta, and Wind Breaker on November 7
The Adult Swim block returns to its routine after the Halloween marathons, with Get Jiro premiering a new episode at midnight.
Toonami published its schedule for Saturday, November 7, 2026, and the lineup returns to normal after Halloween night. One Piece, Gachiakuta, and Wind Breaker resume their premieres, while Get Jiro continues with new episodes at midnight.
The October 31 block was dominated by marathons. Get Jiro took up almost the entire night, with an interruption for the horror special Housing Complex C. The sixth episode of the Adult Swim series aired in Japanese with subtitles. Starting November 7, it returns to the English dub and keeps a single premiere at 12:00 AM and an encore at 3:30 AM.
The full November 7 lineup
The night's order looks like this:
- 12:00 AM — Get Jiro, episode 7
- 12:30 AM — Wind Breaker, new episode
- 1:00 AM — Gachiakuta, new episode
- 1:30 AM — One Piece, Whole Cake Island arc
- 2:00 AM — IGPX, season 2 HD remaster
- 2:30 AM — Lazarus, rerun
- 3:00 AM — Blue Exorcist, Kyoto arc
- 3:30 AM — Get Jiro, encore of the midnight episode
Get Jiro is the most recent Adult Swim Original on Toonami, a chef war that premiered with a double episode on October 3. After that night, when it took up half the block, it was reduced to one premiere and one encore. Those are the same slots it used on October 10, 17, and 24.
Wind Breaker returns at 12:30 AM after a week off. The delinquent anime, based on the Satoru Nii manga published in Kodansha's Magazine Pocket, has aired every Saturday since October 10. Adult Swim gives it weekly promotion with new episode ads. The dub is handled by Aniplex and originally premiered on Crunchyroll.
Gachiakuta, One Piece, and the rest of the night
Gachiakuta returns at 1:00 AM, the same slot it has held since October 17. It's the newest anime on the block, with battles among trash in a dystopian city. Its dub is produced by Crunchyroll and adapts the Kei Urana manga from Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine. The series got a commercial for its premiere, but the second episode received no promotion at all.
At 1:30 AM, One Piece continues with the Whole Cake Island arc. The story pits Big Mom and her children against the Straw Hat Pirates over Sanji's engagement to Charlotte. In recent episodes, Luffy and Nami met Big Mom's husband.
The rest of the night brings nothing new. IGPX continues with the HD remaster of its second season at 2:00 AM, with Team Satomi hit by Takeshi's depression and Amy's replacement by Andrei. After that, Lazarus, Shinichiro Watanabe's original anime for Toonami, reruns at 2:30 AM. And at 3:00 AM, Blue Exorcist airs the Kyoto arc again, which ignores the first season's final arc because it's anime-only filler.
Are you glad Toonami is back to its routine, or were you hoping they'd replace the 3:00 AM reruns with something new? Let us know in the comments.
