Tentai Senshi Sunred SP

In the city of Kawasaki, the hero Sunred battles against the evil organization Florsheim. However, this is no ordinary hero story. Sunred is a lazy, unemployed slacker who spends his days lounging around and complaining, while the villains of Florsheim are surprisingly kind-hearted and hardworking. The leader of Florsheim, General Vamp, along with his subordinates, often finds themselves dealing with mundane problems like cooking, cleaning, and part-time jobs.

This special collaboration project between Makoto Kubota and Double-S brings a one-shot story that parodies the typical superhero genre. The humor comes from the reversed dynamics where the hero is the antagonist and the villains are the relatable characters. Sunred's apathy and the villains' earnest efforts create comedic situations as they navigate their daily lives amidst their supposed conflict.
