Ekko Nakajima is a feisty little girl who lives alone with her father. After many struggles, one of her father's musical compositions is finally selected by the Japan Music Association, opening the door to a new chapter in their lives.
As her father begins to ascend in the world of music, Ekko and her father face a series of joys and sorrows that test their bond. Through the highs and lows of his budding career, Ekko must navigate the challenges that come with her father's growing success, all while holding onto the simple, spirited life they once shared.
