In a world under threat from the New Human Empire, a sinister organization bent on exterminating humanity, two powerful figures emerge. Kazada Saburou, a young man with supernatural abilities, transforms into the electrifying hero Inazuman. Alongside him stands Jirou, a cyborg warrior known as Kikaider, whose mechanical body houses a heart that struggles between good and evil.
When their paths cross, the two heroes of justice find themselves on a collision course. United in their fight against the New Human Empire, they must also confront the question of what it truly means to be a hero. As the organization's plans unfold, Inazuman and Kikaider are drawn into a conflict that will test their powers, their beliefs, and their very existence.
