Sakuta Azusagawa, a high school student, one day sees a bunny girl wandering through the library. To his surprise, no one else seems to notice her. The girl is Mai Sakurajima, a third-year student and former child actress who has put her career on hold. She is suffering from a mysterious phenomenon known as Puberty Syndrome, which causes supernatural symptoms that only affect teenagers.
