Tonbo ni Natta Yat-chan

Yat-chan is a young boy who knows traffic rules but chooses to ignore them, believing that playing in the street is more important than safety. His childhood friend and classmate, Miko, watches as he repeatedly takes risks. One day, Yat-chan gets into a serious accident and loses his life, leaving Miko devastated by the sudden loss.

As the sun sets, Miko cries uncontrollably while a dragonfly passes by, symbolizing the irreversible consequences of Yat-chan's actions. Rather than teaching traffic rules directly, this short film uses an emotional approach to emphasize the impact of a child's death on those who love them.
