Kou Maeda is a high school student who has just transferred to Kibougaoka Academy. On his first day, he meets a mysterious girl named Tsugumi Aso, who seems to know him from somewhere. As he tries to settle into his new school, he encounters other girls who will become part of his life, including the energetic and cheerful Yayoi Aso, Tsugumi's younger sister.

Kou soon discovers that Tsugumi is hiding a secret connected to a mysterious phenomenon known as the "Finder." As he gets closer to her, he finds himself drawn into a strange and emotional story that blurs the line between reality and fantasy. Together, they must confront the truth behind the Finder and the feelings that bind them.
