San Mao Liu Lang Ji (TV)

Sanmao, a child with an oversized head and only three strands of hair, once enjoyed a happy childhood in an ordinary family. However, the war turns him into a helpless orphan, left to fend for himself on the streets. Even stray dogs and crows seem to bully him.

In a moment of crisis, a kind old fisherman rescues Sanmao and gives him a taste of long-lost, albeit brief, happiness. But their joy is shattered when bullies steal their hard-earned goods, and bandit soldiers brutally murder the old man. Alone again, Sanmao must face an uncertain and harsh future.
