Risu ni Koi Shita Shounen

A young boy discovers a squirrel in the forest and becomes deeply infatuated with her. He spends his days watching her from a distance, admiring her playful movements and the way she gathers acorns. The boy imagines a life where they can be together, sharing quiet moments under the trees. His love grows stronger with each passing day, but he knows that his feelings are one-sided and impossible.

The boy struggles with the reality of his situation. The squirrel is a wild animal, unaware of his devotion, and their worlds are fundamentally different. He must come to terms with the fact that his love can never be reciprocated. In the end, he learns to cherish the memory of his feelings and finds a way to move forward, accepting that some loves are meant to remain unfulfilled dreams.
