Kaminari Boy Pikatta-kun no Koutsuu Anzen

Pikatta-kun, a lively boy with a lightning-shaped hairstyle, loves to play outside with his friends. One day, while running through the streets, he ignores traffic rules and nearly gets into an accident.

To teach him and his friends the importance of road safety, a wise traffic officer appears and guides them through various common traffic situations. Through fun examples and simple lessons, Pikatta-kun learns how to cross streets safely, understand traffic signals, and avoid dangerous behaviors. The OVA aims to educate young children about basic traffic rules in an entertaining way.
