A young boy gazes up at the night sky and wonders about the most beautiful star. He learns that this star has the power to grant wishes to those who look up and believe in it. The star shines brightly, encouraging everyone to make a wish and hold onto their dreams.
As the boy shares this discovery with others, he finds that not everyone believes in the star's magic. Some are too busy or skeptical to stop and look up. The boy must find a way to remind people of the wonder and hope that the star represents, before they forget how to dream.
