In a future Tokyo, an ordinary man drives along the metropolitan expressway, enjoying his favorite song. Suddenly, a pink car appears in his rearview mirror, approaching fast.

The vehicle is part of a unique traffic safety project: instead of punishing bad driving, it rewards good behavior. The pink police car's motto is "praise, not punish," aiming to reduce accidents by encouraging safer driving. As the two cars meet, the driver's destiny takes an unexpected turn.
