Together with Helen, Anne Sullivan

Anne Sullivan accepts the challenge of becoming the tutor for Helen Keller, a young girl who is deaf, blind, and mute. Determined to bring joy and meaning into Helen's isolated world, Anne moves in with the Keller family and devotes herself entirely to Helen's education.

Despite her dedication, Anne faces immense daily struggles. Helen's frustration and lack of communication lead to frequent outbursts, testing Anne's patience and resolve. Yet, Anne never gives up hope, persistently teaching Helen the manual alphabet and braille.

One summer day, Anne pumps water over Helen's hand while spelling the word 'water' into her palm. In that moment, Helen finally makes the connection between the sign and the substance, unlocking the door to language and understanding.
