Hangyodon, the cheerful and clumsy half-fish half-human character, finds himself transported back in time to the Edo period. In this unfamiliar historical setting, he must navigate the bustling streets and customs of old Japan. His arrival causes a stir among the locals, who are both amused and bewildered by his unusual appearance and antics.

As Hangyodon tries to adapt to his new surroundings, he inadvertently gets caught up in a series of misunderstandings and chaotic events.
