Jujutsu Kaisen unveils 13 visuals for season 3, the Deathly Reunion Arc
The designs show Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and the rest of the main cast with new expressions.
The third season of Jujutsu Kaisen, "Deathly Reunion Arc (Part 1)", has published all 13 character visuals in one go. They are new illustrations, drawn for the occasion, that let us see Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and other characters who will have a prominent role in this new stage.
The announcement comes on a date with a lot of weight for the series: October 31 is the day the Shibuya Incident, the big arc of the second season, takes place. To celebrate, the team organized an online screening of that installment, which has given people a lot to talk about on social media.
A contest with Shibuya posters as the prize
After the broadcast ended, the "Special Grade Special Quiz" kicked off, a contest related to the Shibuya Incident held on the official X (formerly Twitter) account. Entering is simple: follow the account, answer the questions from its posts, and share your answer.
Among those who do, ten promotional posters from the time the Shibuya arc aired will be raffled off. The campaign runs until November 7 at 11:59 PM in Japan, so there is still time to try your luck.
The team behind the new stage
The third season has Shota Goshozono as chief director and Takeshi Sato as director, with scripts by Hiroshi Seko. The studio is still MAPPA, responsible for the two previous seasons.
As for the cast, familiar voices return such as Junya Enoki (Yuji Itadori), Yuma Uchida (Megumi Fushiguro), and Mikako Komatsu (Nobara Kugisaki), among others. The visuals served as a reminder that the Deathly Reunion arc will put many of them in completely new situations.

Publishing all thirteen designs together makes me more curious about how the characters will cross paths than about choosing a protagonist. That said, I'd wait to see them in motion: a promotional illustration still says little about how the fights will feel.
