In 2006, Earth is recovering from Galvatron's devastating impact. The blast scattered his Unicron-empowered cells across the planet, fusing with animals and objects to create monstrous creatures called Legion. Meanwhile, humans exposed to these cells gain the ability to fuse with other entities by kissing them, a process known as ParasiTech.
The Earth Defense Command (EDC) recruits and trains these individuals as Kiss Players, pairing them with Autroopers to fight the Legion. As the rebuilding of Tokyo continues, the Kiss Players must master their strange powers and confront the growing threat of the Legion, all while dealing with the chaos of their new abilities.
