Toilet no Kamisama

A young girl lives with her grandmother, who teaches her the importance of cleaning the toilet. The grandmother tells her that there is a beautiful goddess living in every clean toilet, and that by keeping it spotless, she will one day become beautiful. The girl grows up, moving away from her grandmother and becoming a busy teenager who forgets those lessons.

Years later, as a young woman, she faces the pain of losing her grandmother. Reflecting on their time together, she remembers the stories and the love her grandmother shared with her. Through these memories, she finds comfort and a renewed appreciation for the simple wisdom passed down to her.
