Freezing Vibration

After the 10th NOVA clash, the Chevalier concludes that the NOVA are appearing at an increasing rate, and they are losing more Pandoras than they can produce. Their solution is the E-Pandora Project, which involves giving normal humans the power to become Pandoras. Pandoras from around the world are invited to the Alaskan base to witness the unveiling of this new project. Among those summoned are Satellizer, Kazuya, and Rana. As time passes, the E-Pandora Project begins to seem suspicious, and the Pandoras grow increasingly concerned about its true purpose. They must uncover the secrets behind the project before it leads to unforeseen consequences.
