In the year 2222, Shima, agent G3 of the government's G Bureau, lives with his Sexaroid partner Yuki, a voracious fembot. Despite this, he still finds time to cavort with other women. Together, they work to protect the government's secret "plan" from sabotage by various countries and organizations.
The story unfolds in three parts: the Kamiyoshi Plan, which involves building interstellar spacecraft to emigrate the entire Japanese population into space; the Yayoi Plan, where Japan discovers the energy-rich ore cosmonite in outer space; and the III Plan, which aims to eliminate all conflicts by cutting the Earth in half and separating humans and robots.
