Tomoharu Okabe is a struggling illustrator who hasn't yet established himself as a mangaka. When he is persuaded to work for the popular sensationalist novelist Tougo Tsubaki, he accepts the assignment hoping for a steady job. But the collaboration quickly turns into something far more intense than he ever expected.
As Okabe gets drawn into Tsubaki's world, the boundaries between professional and personal begin to blur. The novelist's provocative demands push the illustrator out of his comfort zone, forcing him to confront desires he had kept hidden. Their working relationship becomes a dangerous game of seduction and power.
