La historia gira en torno a la Princesa Comet, una niña de doce años que también es la princesa del país de la Estrella de la Armónica, en la Nebulosa del Triángulo. Debía conocer al príncipe del país de la Pandereta en un baile, pero el príncipe huyó a la Tierra.
