Shizuru, Nadeshiko, Remi and Akira are affected by the mysterious 7G phenomenon, which transforms them into a Wan Wan Train. Now they must learn to coexist in their new forms while navigating the challenges that come with this unexpected change.

As the train travels through unknown destinations, the four girls face the difficulties of working together and understanding each other's perspectives. Their journey becomes a test of friendship and cooperation, with the looming question of whether they can truly get along.
