Truth In Lies

A young woman navigates a world where truth and deception blur, her emotions tangled in a web of unspoken feelings. Through a series of vivid, dreamlike scenes, she confronts the lies she tells herself and others, seeking a moment of genuine connection. The music video for ZUTOMAYO's song "Truth in Lies" visualizes this internal struggle, blending animation with the track's haunting melody.
The narrative unfolds as the protagonist grapples with her own contradictions, unable to fully express her true self. Each frame reveals a layer of her hidden desires and fears, leading to a poignant realization about the nature of honesty. The video captures the tension between what is said and what is felt, leaving the viewer to ponder the cost of living in denial.
