Tsuki no Uta
Finished月の詩
A lone figure walks through a desolate, rain-soaked cityscape, his footsteps echoing in the empty streets. The world around him is cold and decaying, a place where memories linger like ghosts. He carries a quiet sadness, as if searching for something lost in the shadows of this abandoned urban labyrinth. The music video for "Tsuki no Uta" by Gackt captures this melancholic journey, blending haunting visuals with the song's emotional depth.
Directed by Shinji Watanabe, the video translates the track's lyrical themes of longing and solitude into a cinematic experience. The imagery shifts between the protagonist's solitary wanderings and fleeting glimpses of a past that may never return. As the moon casts its pale light over the ruins, the boundaries between reality and memory begin to blur, creating an atmosphere of quiet despair and fragile hope.
