In the wake of the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, a young girl from South Korea reaches out to a boy in Japan. Her simple act of kindness and friendship crosses borders, offering comfort and hope in a time of great sorrow.
As the two children begin to exchange letters, their bond grows, bridging the distance between their countries. Through their correspondence, they learn about each other's lives and cultures, finding solace in their shared humanity amidst the devastation.
