In a vast and surreal world, a young boy named Kaito lives with his grandfather, a former circus performer. Kaito dreams of joining a traveling space circus that visits his village, a dazzling troupe that performs incredible feats across the stars. His grandfather, however, warns him of the dangers beyond their home, but Kaito's curiosity and longing for adventure push him to follow the circus when it departs.
As Kaito stows away aboard the circus's ship, he discovers that the performers are not ordinary humans but beings with mysterious powers. The circus is led by a enigmatic ringmaster who seems to have a hidden agenda. Kaito soon learns that the circus is searching for a legendary artifact that could alter the fabric of reality, and he must decide whether to help them or protect the balance of the universe.
