New Genesis

This special presents the animated music video for the song 'New Genesis' (Shin Jidai), performed by the vocalist Ado. The video is a direct creative collaboration, being fully directed and animated by the artist known as hmng, resulting in a cohesive fusion of sound and moving image.

The piece serves as a pure visual interpretation of the song's lyrical themes, which center on the powerful declaration of a new beginning or a 'new genesis.' The animation style dynamically matches the track's energy, creating an immersive experience that stands on its own as a short audiovisual work.

Without a traditional narrative, the video conveys its message through abstract and symbolic imagery, rhythmically edited to the music's pace. It is a celebration of artistic synergy, where the vision of the animator directly shapes the presentation of the singer's powerful anthem for change and renewal.
