Qi Guai De Bing Hao

A cabbage caterpillar accidentally poisons herself after consuming lettuce that has been sprayed with pesticides. Desperate to survive, she devises a plan to sneak into the Beneficial Insects' Hospital, hoping to receive treatment without revealing her true identity. The hospital is a sanctuary for helpful insects that protect crops, and the caterpillar knows she does not belong there.

Once inside, the caterpillar tries to blend in with the other patients, but her unusual symptoms and behavior soon raise suspicion. The hospital staff, including dedicated doctors and nurses, begin to notice inconsistencies in her story. As they investigate, the caterpillar's deception unravels, leading to a confrontation that forces her to confront the consequences of her actions. With the poison spreading through her body, she must find a way to survive while facing the judgment of those she tried to trick.
