Rascal is an energetic raccoon who lives in a secret forest known as The Snag Forest. His kind and engaging personality makes him popular among the forest's inhabitants, even though his mother sometimes scolds him for his mischievous antics.
Together with his cheerful friends—Rilulu, a cute girl raccoon; Rock'n, a skunk who loves music; Iggy, a mouse who always eats nuts; and many others—Rascal embarks on everyday adventures. The series follows their playful interactions and the small wonders they discover in their woodland home.
