A little girl loves to play outside, but she has a hard time remembering traffic safety rules, which often puts her in danger. The streets around her home are busy with cars and bicycles, and her carefree nature leads her into risky situations, like crossing without looking or running into the road after a ball.

Fortunately, the neighborhood is filled with kind people who help her learn and remember the rules to stay safe. A friendly shopkeeper, a patient crossing guard, and other caring adults gently guide her, teaching her to stop, look, and listen before crossing. Through their repeated lessons and small acts of kindness, she begins to understand the importance of being careful and gradually forms safer habits.
