My Wish ～マイ ウィッシュ～
A 15-year-old girl with a terminal illness holds onto a single wish: to keep smiling and living beyond the age doctors predicted she would die. Despite being told she might not survive past ten, she continues fighting each day, finding strength in her own determination.
The band Indigo Blue learns of her story and creates a metaphorical poetry song in her honor. Though they never meet her directly while she is alive, they hope their music will carry her message across Japan—that happiness is possible if you never stop smiling.
