MY GRADUATION: Mirai

A young woman stands at the threshold of a new chapter in her life, her heart filled with both nostalgia and anticipation. As she gazes at the familiar sights of her school, memories of laughter, friendship, and growth flood her mind. The music video for the song 'My Graduation: Mirai' by Mink (Mie Yamamoto) captures this bittersweet moment, where the past and future converge.

Through the animation directed by Toshio Nishiuchi, the video brings to life the emotional journey of saying goodbye to one phase of life while embracing the unknown ahead. The visuals, featured on NHK's Minna no Uta program, weave together scenes of everyday school life with symbolic imagery of change and hope. The protagonist must navigate the delicate balance between holding onto cherished memories and stepping forward into a world of new possibilities.
