A filmmaker walks through Tokyo, capturing photographs of a city where surface beauty has decayed. Buildings are stripped of their decorations, exposing their inner structures like organs, while landscapes show traces of people who have vanished. The images are then animated to create a filmic version of this decaying urban environment.
The work explores death-like landscapes and the absence of human presence, transforming still photographs into moving images that reveal the hidden anatomy of the city.
