METROPOLIS (2009)

A city breathes like a living organism, its pulse rendered through repetitive movements drawn on graph paper. Each frame builds a geometric landscape where buildings, streets, and human figures merge into a single, rhythmic entity.

This experimental short film marks Mirai Mizue's first venture into geometric animation, transforming urban life into a hypnotic dance of shapes and lines. The city becomes a pulsating network of connections, where every motion echoes the relentless energy of modern existence.
