Mitokomon, the trusted envoy of the emperor, travels across the provinces to observe the living conditions of the people and evaluate the performance of local officials. Accompanied by his two loyal bodyguards—Kaiko, known for his extraordinary strength, and Tsuke, famed for his unmatched swordsmanship—the trio journey incognito.
As they move from town to town, they encounter corruption and injustice perpetrated by greedy officials and powerful criminals. With their combined skills and sense of justice, Mitokomon and his protectors must bring peace to the citizens and restore order to the land, facing numerous adventures and challenges along the way.
