My Socks

A young boy spends a carefree day at school, running and playing with his friends until his socks become thoroughly dirty. Worried about his mother's reaction, he decides to hide the socks in a secret spot at home, hoping she will never find them. The simple act of concealment, however, sets off a chain of anxious thoughts.

As the hours pass, the boy's imagination runs wild. He pictures his mother discovering the hidden socks, and the imagined scolding grows more terrifying with each scenario. The guilt of his small deception weighs heavily on him, turning a minor childhood mishap into an overwhelming emotional burden. His once joyful day is now overshadowed by a growing sense of dread and fear of punishment.
