Kuma-chan no Picnic
Finished熊ちゃんのピクニック
A music video for the song "Kuma-chan no Picnic" by Bonny Jacks, featured on NHK's Minna no Uta program. The short follows the simple, cheerful journey of a bear named Kuma-chan as he enjoys a picnic in a sunny, idyllic setting. He prepares his basket, walks through a forest, and finds a perfect spot to eat and play, all set to the upbeat melody of the song.
The video is now considered lost media, with no known surviving copies. Its existence is remembered only through archival records and the memories of those who saw it during its original broadcast in 1961. Despite its disappearance, the song itself remains a nostalgic piece of Japanese pop culture, and the search for the original animation continues among media preservationists.
