Kitakaze Kozou no Kantarou
北風小僧の寒太郎
Kantarou is a mischievous winter wind spirit who visits a small village during the coldest season. He brings snow and cold, but also joy to the children who play in the snow. The villagers know him as the "North Wind Boy" and welcome his arrival each year.
As Kantarou blows through the village, he encounters various residents and creates playful chaos. He helps a young boy build a snowman and plays hide-and-seek with a group of children. However, his antics sometimes cause trouble, like when he blows away laundry or scatters papers. Through these interactions, Kantarou learns about the warmth of human connection.
