Kyousuke Kasuga, a teenager with psychic powers, is caught in a love triangle between the gentle Madoka Ayukawa and the lively Hikaru Hiyama. As Tanabata approaches, Kyousuke’s usual indecisiveness prevents him from inviting Madoka to a concert, leading to a series of misunderstandings and emotional turmoil.
