A girl runs through a desolate, abandoned city, her footsteps echoing in the empty streets. The world around her is silent and still, with no signs of life. Occasional cuts show the singer Koushi Inaba performing in a recording studio, creating a contrast between the solitary journey and the music that accompanies it.
The girl's path through the ruins is both a physical and emotional exploration, as she searches for something lost or perhaps herself. The music video for Inaba's single "Hane" uses this stark setting to evoke feelings of isolation and longing, leaving the meaning of her journey open to interpretation.
