Youji, Kei, Kelly, and the little bear-shaped robot Oscar are small heroes who protect their town. Today is Youji's birthday, but he doesn't seem excited about it. Meanwhile, Kei, Kelly, and Anna—the woman who raised Youji—appear to be planning something special.
