In 1963, NHK broadcast a short music video for the song "Drops no Uta" by singer Mieko Hirota as part of its Minna no Uta program. The animated segment featured simple visuals typical of early Japanese television, accompanying the cheerful children's song.
However, the original video has since been lost. No known copies exist in any archive or private collection, making it a piece of lost media. Despite searches by fans and researchers, the animation remains unseen, leaving only the audio and descriptions of its broadcast as remnants.
