Iride Akatsuki, a popular game footage uploader, unlocks hidden content in the game he is playing, 'Nakanohito Genome.' He soon wakes up to find himself kidnapped and taken to a strange place, along with several other uploaders who each specialize in different genres of games, such as cultivation, fighting, and puzzle games. A mysterious llama-headed host, who calls himself the teacher, gathers them after the initial stage to explain how the game will proceed. The group must work together to clear a series of real-life game levels, each designed to test their unique skills and teamwork. Will these gamers succeed and make it back to their real lives?
