Chinkoroheibei, a mischievous and curious boy, ventures into the underwater realm of the fish king. There, he discovers a magnificent treasure box that captivates his attention, and he decides to steal it.
As Chinkoroheibei attempts to make off with the treasure, the fish king and his underwater subjects quickly notice his actions. A series of comedic and chaotic events unfold as the boy tries to evade capture while navigating the colorful and fantastical depths of the ocean. The fish king, determined to protect his prized possession, uses his authority and the help of his aquatic allies to thwart Chinkoroheibei's plans.
