'Children Record' delves into the project's core mythology. It reveals a phenomenon known as the heat-haze, which has long been granting strange, red-eyed powers to select children. These abilities, however, come at a great cost, often bringing more suffering than benefit. Despite the despair surrounding their condition, these afflicted children continue to struggle, clinging to a hope for a better future.
